- Use INFO first if you are unsure about exit fees.
- Choose a new plan and check coverage at your postcode.
- Text PAC to 65075 from the old SIM if you want to keep your number.
- Give the PAC to the new provider during signup or in their account/app.
- Keep both SIMs handy on switch day. Some loss of service can happen while the number moves.
- Update banking, NHS, email and two-factor-authentication records if your number changes.
